Learning Objectives

- Distinguish between keloids appropriate for surgical excision alone versus those requiring adjuvant therapies.

- Implement a multimodal postoperative management algorithm incorporating intralesional corticosteroids, silicone-based therapies and SRT.
- Assess long-term outcomes and complication profiles of surgery combined with SRT compared with other adjuvant treatment modalities.
